IMPORTANT:
While we have a number of rooms blocked at the Westin Long Beach for the conference, any unsold rooms will be released for sale to the public on February 26, 2026. Waiting until that date will not ensure that you will get a room. Rooms are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
The unique booking link for NAEC members will be provided in your registration confirmation. Registration will open early December 2025.

$249 per room per night | Waived Resort Fee Check-in time is 3:00pm. Check-out time is 12:00pm. Room rates are subject to state and local taxes and subject to change.

Last day to book a room: February 26, 2026, or until hotel is sold out. Cancellations are accepted up tp 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid being charged one night room and tax.

We reserved rooms at the host at a special, exclusive low rate for NAEC attendees.
Booking a room directly with the host hotel not only benefits you, the attendee; it also supports NAEC. When you "book within the block," you help us keep our overall meeting costs as low as possible and enable us to continue to provide some of the important features you have come to enjoy.
Please be aware that companies may solicit you and imply an affiliation with NAEC. All attendees participating in NAEC’s 2026 Spring Education Conference are to contact the host hotel directly using the information provided in NAEC’s registration confirmation. Reservations made through any agency will be at your own risk.
The hotel room block is on a first-come-first-served basis and is limited in quantity. The last day to reserve housing is February 26, 2026.
NOTICE ON MULTIPLE RESERVATIONS
The host hotel will limit the number of reservations at 5 per company or individual name to ensure that other attendees have the same opportunity to book at these discounted rates and to avoid any financial penalties NAEC may experience with cancelled reservations.
