Summary of Responsibilities:

Our projects range from office buildings and military facilities to historic monuments and Fortune campuses.
We are seeking qualified candidates for the position of Elevator Construction Manager to oversee construction at project sites involving elevator construction throughout the United States, with periodic reporting to company headquarters located in southern New Jersey.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of onsite commercial elevator construction experience involving exposure to modernization and new construction projects. Prior experience with different types of systems preferred, e.g. traction, hydraulic, machine-room-less. The ideal candidate should also have an interest in general construction, where scopes of work involving all building trades may exist within a project.
Long term travel is required for the position. Candidates must be available to stay at out-of-state job sites for the duration of the project. Housing and shared transportation are provided at the job site, along with a stipend for periodic travel.
