Minden, NV - On December 7th and 8th, 2021 Maxton provided elevator control valve training classes for 40 mechanics from Otis Elevator in Centennial, CO. These continuing education classes provided the mechanics with credits (4.0 CET/CAT credit hours) through the NAEC’s approved Certified Elevator Technician program. Each session included classroom instruction and practical hands on application through valve adjustment and troubleshooting with the Maxton TA4M training unit.

Here are just a few comments from mechanics in attendance:

“As an experienced adjuster I found this class to be very beneficial in helping me truly understand the make-up of the valve,” said Jesse Runkle.

“Great class, I want that SafeTach2, it will help me in my efficiency,” said Anthony Gonzales.

“I have never been through a class instructed by Maxton, and I am very appreciative of this opportunity. I learned so much in the troubleshooting process,” said Daniel Salazar.

“It’s always great to hear experienced elevator mechanics comment during the classes on how they learned several new nuggets that they will apply immediately in the field,” said Karl Keller Marketing Director.
