Summary of Responsibilities:
As the face of our business, the General Manager interacts with customers, business partners, vendors, and government entities. This role primarily focuses on ensuring the successful delivery and management of our services to both internal and external customers. The General Manager provides overall leadership to all employees, overseeing operating performance, customer satisfaction, positive employee culture, safety, service, budgets, and vendor relations. To excel in this role, the General Manager must possess in-depth knowledge of operations, management, the elevator industry, technology, and financial disciplines. The General Manager must have a track record of making decisive actions backed by analytical thinking, goal-directed leadership, and service-oriented performance. Through leadership, direction, alignment, and motivation, the General Manager will deliver results.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient and cost-effective branch operations by overseeing field operations, sales, and office staff while prioritizing staff performance, morale, and safety.
- Regular reviews branch performance to include reviewing non-billable callbacks and implement plans to reduce non-billable callback hours.
- Review, approve & implement plans to control labor & material efficiency while ensuring a high customer satisfaction.
- Foster relationships with key customers and consultants
- Address elevated customer concerns and work with branch service management team to drive customer retention.
- Conduct regular reviews of unprofitable contracts and develop action plans to improve contract profitability.
- Maintains a strong working knowledge of the overall market area, including sales backlog, service and repair volume, market penetration, volume of outstanding bids, available new business, special projects, and staffing requirements and availability.
- Reviews and approves invoices, accounts receivables, write-offs and credits.
- Present on monthly branch performance results to ensure monthly budgetary goals are met and contribute to yearly budget process to be presented to the CEO.
- Train, coach and mentor branch personnel to ensure successful execution of job duties.
OTHER:
- Always Represent the company in a professional manner ensuring quality customer service.
- Abide by all policies, rules, and regulations of Axxiom Elevator and our clients including all applicable rules, regulations, and procedures.
- Support corporate programs, goals, and initiatives of the company.
