The CET™ CURRICULUM

The CET Candidate certification will have designations based on the equipment a student has access to complete the skills verifications.  Candidates are required to complete all curriculum, only the skills verifications will determine the designations.  The following are the designations:  MR - Maintenance & Repair, MC - Modernization & Construction, and E - Escalators.  The courses are labeled below noting requirements for each designation.  If a course is marked all, the skills verifications for that course are required for all students.

Basic Training
Basic Training is not a requirement but a recommendation. NAEC will assist with an outline or suggestions for Basic Training Courses such as Company Policies and Procedures, Sexual Harassment, First Aid, Communication, Study Habits, etc.
